Great option near to Disney Tokyo with helpful staff and spacious rooms for families.
Staff were over the top helpful with early and after luggage holds, helping to arrange airport transfers and with all questions we had. The room was a great option for a family of four with two adult teens. Nice and close to the waters edge and the free Disney park shuttles were great!
There were limited restaurants and shops in this area but there was a Lawsons in the hotel lobby.

The facilities. I like that it has public bath with a view of tokyo bay. It gets busy during night time, better go during early morning hours. I like the area.
Nothing aside from that it is a bit of a distance from the city proper. But that is manageable.

Good
My daughter and I stayed here and found the room to be larger than expected with a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. The free shuttle to Disneyland was excellent and I was grateful for the helpful and friendly staff at check-in and the luggage storage counter. Having a Natural Lawson store on-site was fantastic after a long day!
The location of the hotel was a little further from Disneyland than expected, so we were grateful for the free shuttle.
